Shipping Information You can order anytime. Let us know when to ship. We start shipping the week before Thanksgiving. We do not process your credit card until your order is shipped. We ship to anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping & Handling is included in the posted price, but some addresses may require an additional $2 charge due to a delivery area surcharge imposed by the carrier. However, YOU MUST be sure to give us the absolutely correct address. We have to charge an additional $8 for incorrect addresses because we are charged extra by the carrier as well. It also causes us problems that may delay your order. We ship by Federal Express Ground, Fed Ex Home Delivery, UPS and the US Postal Service. You can track your shipment by accessing the links below. has been shipped, which will also include a tracking number.
